Since the bran contains the nutrients we have only semi-polished our rice to make them healthier than any other rice. They are light, tasty, aromatic and perfect for every day cooking. They are great for making a delicious kheer or a salty curd rice.

Directions to use

Just cook these like any other rice and if you want to make them lighter, strain the excess starch and use it in your cotton clothes or make a sweet cool drink for summers.
